4. Purpose of the register and processing personal data

Lil’More Creative Ltd maintains a marketing and customer register for the management and development of customer relationships or other business relationships, for the targeting and analysis of the offering, for the production and development of services, and for market research and other statistical purposes.

The register information may be used for marketing between Lil’More Creative Ltd and the customer or potential customer (including direct digital marketing) and for targeting it within the limits permitted by law.

The contractual contact persons of the customer company have the right to determine the contact persons in Lil’More Creative Ltd marketing and customer register for the customer relationship purposes.

Personal information is collected from registered individuals and from public sources, such as the Internet, public company websites and social networking services or other similar registers in accordance with data protection legislation.

5. Data content of the register

The following data can be processed in the register:

  • contact details (name, e-mail address and telephone number)
  • information related to person’s task (job title and area of responsibility)
  • data concerning the employer company
  • event data, such as subject’s participation in events
  • information about the marketing contents used by the data subject, such as opening and click data
  • additional information provided by contact forms

6. Regular sources of information

Lil’More Creative Ltd collects personal information during the customer relationship and during the work done to achieve a potential customer relationship. Data may be collected and supplemented with the consent of the registrant (e.g. by using cookies), from the population register and from other third party registers. Data is also collected in connection with various marketing activities such as direct digital marketing and events, as well as from public sources.

7. Transfer of personal data

Lil’More Creative Ltd will not, in principle, disclose the personal data of data subjects to third parties, unless required to do so by law or mandatory legislation. Information may be disclosed to purchasers if Lil’More Creative Ltd sells or otherwise reorganizes its business.

Lil’More Creative Ltd may use the services of third parties in the processing of data, for example with regard to information technology services, in which case Lil’More Creative Ltd ensures the lawful processing of data through contractual arrangements and by instructing third parties on the processing of data. These third parties process the data only on behalf of and for Lil’More Creative Ltd and we are responsible for the processing of personal data by us by the service providers in relation to the data subject, as well as for our own activities.

Some of the services related to the processing of personal data used by the controller may operate outside the area of the European Union member states or the European Economic Area.

8. Personal data retention period

Personal data shall be retained for as long as it is necessary to retain it in order to meet the purpose for which it has been collected in accordance with this privacy policy. Personal data that has remained passive is taken into account in the retention of personal data, and it is erased on a regular basis.

9. The rights of data subjects in the processing of the dat

Right to inspect the data

The data subject has the right to inspect what data concerning them has been recorded in the personal data register and to receive a copy of the data. The data subject must send the inspection request by email to laura@lilmore.fi. The data subject must present the information required for the retrieval of data in the inspection request. If necessary, the controller may request further information in order to identify the data subject. The response to the inspection request will be sent to the person presenting the inspection request by email unless the data subject requests to send the information in some other way.

Right to rectification

Lil’More Creative Ltd shall, according to its capacities, ensure the quality of the personal data it processes. Lil’More Creative Ltd shall rectify, erase or complement personal data that is incorrect or unnecessary of its own accord or at the demand of the data subject.

Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from Lil’More Creative Ltd restriction of processing of data if the data subject, for example, contests the accuracy of the personal data. In such a situation, the processing is restricted for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the data.

Right to demand erasure of data or object to the processing of data

The data subject has the right to demand erasure of their personal data or to object to its processing when it is based on legitimate interests. The data subject shall always have the right to object to direct marketing by sending an email to laura@lilmore.fi

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint on the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority.
